Allie’s English Muffin Snacks make a great appetizer or treat for your guests while they wait for the main course. My good friend Tracy got this recipe from her grandma Allie.
This recipe is super easy to make and tastes delicious! While on the surface these may not seem like anything special, it does have a secret ingredient, Curry!
I was really shocked to find out that the secret ingredient was Yellow Curry. I have friends that are huge fans of curry and they could not easily figure out what the secret ingredient was.
If you like the flavor of curry, make sure you also try my Coconut Curry Shrimp recipe. You won’t be disappointed!
The English Muffin snacks have such a unique taste, that you won’t be able to eat just one. The first time she made them for me she had me guess what the “secret ingredient” was. No dice. I couldn’t figure it out (shame on me) and begged her for her Grandma’s recipe.
While you can pretty much use any brand of cream cheese, I highly recommend you use Philadelphia brand cream cheese. You will taste the difference.
For another great snack, make sure you try Richelle’s Artichoke Bruschetta. Or if you really like Allie’s type of cooking, make sure you check out her Chocolate Brownie recipe.

These English muffins are very tasty and fast to make. I made too many so brought some to my neighbor and they were also a great hit with them.
