    pie with whipped cream

There's nothing like Pumpkin Pie at the Holidays. Especially when there's Spiced Bourbon in it. Why settle for a plain pumpkin pie when you can spice it up a bit. Pun intended.

Just like most pumpkin pie recipes, this one is very easy to make. With the exception of the Spiced Bourbon, you probably already have all the ingredients on hand. As noted on the recipe card, if you don't have Spiced Bourbon, you can use regular Bourbon and simply add a little more Pumpkin Pie Spice.

I'm also including a link to our Maple Bourbon Whipped Cream in case you want the full package but it's totally optional. You can eat this pie with regular whipped topping or nothing at all!

📋 What Ingredients do I need

You will need the following ingredients to make this Bourbon Spiced Pumpkin Pie recipe (see recipe card for quantities): Pumpkin Puree, Sweetened Condensed Milk, Eggs, Graham Cracker Pie Crust, Pumpkin Pie Spice and Spiced Bourbon.

🥣 How to make Bourbon Spiced Pumpkin Pie

    Preheat your oven to 425°F.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together all the ingredients until well blended. Feel free to add more/less bourbon to taste.
Fill the graham cracker pie crust with the pumpkin mixture to the top. You should have just enough pumpkin mixture to reach the top.
Carefully place the pie on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
Reduce the temperature to 350°F and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
The pie is ready when a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool before slicing.
When the pie has cooled, top with whipped topping or optionally our Maple Bourbon Whipped Cream.
