It’s that time of year again where it appears everything I make has pumpkin in it. And this Pumpkin Pie Mousse Dip recipe is no different. Super easy to make and tastes great with apple slices or graham crackers.
I made a batch of this Pumpkin Dip for Thanksgiving one year. My at the time 5-year-old nephew Codi was a little hesitant to try it at first but after the first bite, he wouldn’t leave the stuff alone!
He started off dipping apple slices in it but when he ran out of apples he ate the rest with a spoon! So much for it being a "dip". He probably figured it was just a mousse at that point.
Regardless of how you decide to eat this tasty pumpkin-flavored mousse dip, I am sure you will agree with me (and Codi) that's this recipe is a keeper and I need to make it more often.

I made this recipe for our CANADIAN Thanksgiving and it was a great hit. I had crackers, fruit and veggies. It did not take long for it all to disappear. Will make it again for a Christmas family gathering.
