Buffalo Style Chicken Wings with Blue Cheese Dip

I was in the mood to make some chicken wings one Saturday afternoon. And not just any kind of Chicken Wings but some Buffalo Style Chicken Wings.

For those of you that don't know what that means, it means these wings are HOT! So to accompany these hot wings, I made a Blue Cheese Dip to go along with them.

    Buffalo Style Chicken Wings

Compared to some of the other chicken wing recipes I have made in the past, this one is quite simple. Basically you broil them with a bit of salt then toss them in the hot sauce. Done!

Actually the hardest part of making this recipe is putting together the Blue Cheese Dip ingredients together. Yes, this recipe is that easy to make.

    Buffalo Style Chicken Wings

Now I know many of you out there do not like the taste of Blue Cheese. My mom and sister-in-law Kim come to mind. But there is really nothing better than a Blue Cheese dipping sauce to go along with your hot wings.

If you still can't stomach the idea of blue cheese, you could just use a garlicky ranch dressing. Or maybe no dip at all? Since these wings are hot, I do suggest you dip them in something to offset the heat.
