Turkey Apple and Blue Cheese Wrap

I like making Wraps and wanted something different. It’s amazing what you can make when you look around your kitchen and come up with a recipe by using what you got on hand.

Like most wrap recipes, this one is super simple to make. You add a bunch of ingredients to a tortilla, roll it and serve!

If you don’t have any leftover turkey on hand you can substitute for some chicken. Rotisserie chicken would be perfect for these wraps.

I like to use Honeycrisp apples for many of my recipes including this one but feel free to use whatever kind of apple you prefer or have on hand.

I realize some of you don’t care for the flavor of Blue Cheese so if you are wondering what would be a good substitute, Feta Cheese is the answer!

When the time comes to warm up your tortillas, you have a few options. You can wrap the tortillas in foil and bake them for 10 minutes at 350°F.

You can also put them in a non-stick pan to heat both sides of the tortilla (this is how I usually do it), heat them over an open flame, or if you must, wrap them in a damp paper towel and microwave them for about 30 seconds.

I loved this wrap. The apple combined with the cream cheese mixture made this wrap stand apart from the other wraps I have made. Very delicious.
