    Cheeseburger and Fries Casserole

This Cheeseburger and Fries Casserole will be a hit with the kids. All the flavor of a classic cheeseburger without the carbs from the hamburger buns.

    frozen fries over beef
    Frozen Fries over Beef

Like most casseroles, this one is very easy to make. All you need to do is combine a few ingredients in a casserole dish and let the oven do the rest. Cheeseburgers and Fries for the whole family in just an hour.

Cheeseburger Casserole Fresh out of the Oven

While not mandatory, I strongly suggest you use the leanest ground beef you can. Even after draining the fat, you may find the end result a little too greasy. A 90/10 ratio works perfectly but if needed an 85/15 blend will work.

🐄 How to Handle Raw Beef

Thaw raw ground beef on a plate on the lowest shelf of the refrigerator, to avoid dripping onto other foods.
Keep raw and ready-to-eat meats separate.
Wash hands thoroughly before and after handling raw ground beef. Wash cutting boards, bowls, and utensils used to prepare raw ground beef with hot soapy water and rinse well.
Use separate plates to carry raw ground beef patties to the cooking area and cooked patties to the serving area.
Use a Thermometer to ensure Ground Beef Reaches the Safely Cooked Internal Temperature of 160°F.

This cheeseburger and fries casserole is really great. Very tasty and my kids loved it. The soups make all the difference and keeps the casserole moist and very flavourful.
