There's more to Disneyland than the rides and Disney characters. There's the food! We all know the food is on the pricey side inside the parks so luckily we can make some of their favorite dishes in our very own kitchen. Like this Copycat Disney Sweet & Tangy Coleslaw!
My good friend Wendy and her family are hardcore Disney fans. I mean like season passes and monthly visits to the theme park type of hardcore fan. Needless to say, she has had a lot of their food over the years so she is my official taste tester for all my Copycat Recipes!
If you are pressed for time like I always am, you can use a pre-packaged coleslaw mix. A little bit quicker to prepare without any loss in flavor. Most grocery stores carry a premade bag of shredded cabbage and carrots.
If you don't have any red wine vinegar on hand, you can substitute it for rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar. You may want to do a taste test if you do substitute to make sure you get the desired flavor.
⭐ Copycat Rating
