Copycat Hard Rock Cafe Guacamole

Guacamole lovers must add this Copycat Guacamole recipe from Hard Rock Cafe to their rotation. The ingredients added to the avocados give this guacamole a unique flavor.

So what’s unique about it you ask? Besides the avocados and the usual onions and diced tomatoes, this guac adds a few other spices that give this copycat guacamole a little kick.

While not super hot, there is a little heat to it. If you don’t like heat, I would cut back on the Tabasco sauce and maybe leave out the cayenne pepper. But with all the other ingredients this guacamole is really not that spicy.

Personally I thought this guacamole recipe had a tad too much salt. Betwen the tablespoon of salt and the Worcestershire sauce, I found it stood out a bit. My wife and her friend that was visiting thought it was well balanced.

You will need the following ingredients to make this Copycat Guacamole recipe from Hard Rock Cafe: Avocados, Tomatoes, Yellow Onion, Lemon Juice, Salt, Worcestershire Sauce, Tabasco Sauce, Cayenne Pepper, Garlic Cloves and Ground Cumin.

  1. In a large bowl, mash the avocados with a potato masher or a large spoon to the desired consistency.
  2. Add all the remaining ingredients to the bowl and stir until well combined.
  3. Serve with tortilla chips.

  • 1 ½ cups Tomato, seeded and chopped
  • 1 small Yellow Onion, diced
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 Tsp Tabasco Sauce
  • ½ Tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 2 Garlic Clove, minced
  • ½ Tsp Ground Cumin
  • Tortilla Chips, for serving

Instructions
