    This Avocado Sauce goes great on Turkey Burgers. Actually it's so good you can even have it with tortilla chips. Just like Guacamole!

    This Avocado Turkey Burger Sauce will transform your turkey burger. Sure you can simply put some sliced avocados on your burger but it will nowhere have the flavor of this avocado sauce.

    I prefer that this sauce has the consistency of ketchup but feel free to adjust to your liking. Maybe you want yours to be a little on the chunky side. No problem. Simply adjust your method accordingly. Many of you will probably think this is just guacamole with a different name.

    When it comes time to finely dice the tomato, make sure you remove all the seeds. Who wants seeds in their burger sauce? The easiest way I know is to remove the stem, cut the tomato in half and use a small spoon to scoop out all the seeds then dice with a sharp knife.
