I enjoy making Copycat recipes. And this Starbucks Gingerbread Loaf recipe is no exception.
This gingerbread loaf is very flavorful thanks to the spices used in this recipe. The addition of applesauce ensures that this loaf is nice and moist.

This is so good. While I love a good gingerbread. The taste can sometimes be a little strong and a little goes a long way for me. What I like about this recipe is the mild flavor. The cream cheese frosting is a great combination. I could eat the whole loaf 😋

Pretty sure you don't want to use garlic cloves (if you can even find such a thing). Must be a typo under What Ingredients Do I Need?
Chef Rodney
You are correct. The recipe Card was correct (Ground Cloves not Garlic Cloves) but the narrative above had a typo. Thanks for pointing that out. I have corrected the typo.
