Easy Cuban Sliders

These Cuban Sliders are just like their big brother Authentic Cubano Sandwich but a little easier to make. Great for game day!

cuban sliders

These Cuban Sliders are inspired by the Authentic Cubano sandwich. The main difference is this slider recipe does not call for any pork and uses Hawaiian Rolls.

You can certainly add some shredded pork if you want but I was trying to keep this recipe as simple as possible for all of you. But if you have some shredded pork on hand by all means

For the deli ham I like to use Black Forest Ham but you can use whatever you have on hand or prefer. I don’t eat deli meat very often so when I make this slider recipe I usually have to make a run to the grocery store.

I used Hawaiian buns for this recipe because I love them. I almost always use these types of buns for my sliders. That being said, you can pretty much use any type of bun you want. You just need to make sure they are slider-sized.

So basically if you are looking for the Cuban flavor in a slider, this recipe is for you. This recipe has easily become one of my favorite slider recipes. Easy to make and packed full of flavor.

Clarification needed: the ingredients do not list mayo, but the instructions say to spread mayo over the buns along with mustard…?
