A versatile blueberry compote for pastries, cheesecake and even ice cream! Super easy to make in your Instant Pot.
I recently came across this gem of a recipe for Blueberry Compote made in the Instant Pot and just had to give it a shot. I was skeptical of making it in my Instant Pot but since I’ve been super impressed with that device, I decided to give it a shot. The result was a delicious fruit filling with the perfect consistency that can be used over pastries, cheesecake or whatever else you can think of.
The most overrated tool: a pasta maker. Why make it when you can buy it? It’s a lot of work!
The Instant Pot comes with several safety features. If you happen to encounter a “burn” message on your IP, make sure you read this page.
If you don’t already have an Instant Pot, you can get one right off their Official Website.
