I recently came across this gem of a recipe for Blueberry Compote made in the Instant Pot Pressure Cooker and just had to give it a shot.
I was skeptical of making it in my Instant Pot but since I’ve been super impressed with that appliance, I decided to give it a shot.
The result was a delicious fruit filling with the perfect consistency that can be used over pastries, cheesecake or whatever else you can think of.
Heck, I even put it on my toast one morning!
I especially love it on my homemade New York Style cheesecake. I will be posting my recipe soon!
