This Instant Pot Blueberry Compote goes great with pastries, cheesecake, and even on ice cream! Super easy to make in your Instant Pot.

    Instant Pot Blueberry Compote

I recently came across this gem of a recipe for Blueberry Compote made in the Instant Pot Pressure Cooker and just had to give it a shot. I was skeptical of making it in my Instant Pot but since I’ve been super impressed with that appliance, I decided to give it a shot.

The result was a delicious fruit filling with the perfect consistency that can be used over pastries, cheesecake or whatever else you can think of. Heck I even put it on my toast one morning!

I especially love it on my homemade New York Style cheesecake. I will be posting my recipe soon!

If you like how this Blueberry Compote turns out using the Instant Pot, you should try making my Instant Pot Applesauce recipe. Just as easy to make and tastes delicious.

    💭 Instant Pot Pressure Cooker

The Instant Pot is a combination pressure cooker, slow cooker, rice cooker, steamer with a few other capabilities. With an Instant Pot, you can make some recipes in minutes compared to hours the traditional way. While not always the case, it's a very handy appliance if you are always on the run.

The Instant Pot comes with several safety features. If you happen to encounter an error message on the display of your IP, I suggest you visit Instant Pot's Official Customer Care Center.

If you frequently use your Instant Pot Pressure Cooker, you've probably experienced a "smelly" lid. Here's a simple way to get rid of the smell. Fill the Instant Pot with 2 Cups of White Vinegar. Seal the lid. Use the steam setting for 2 minutes. Remove the rubber ring from the lid and let dry completely before using it.
