For the past couple of years, I've been on a quest to make every recipe I can in my Pressure Cooker (aka Instant Pot). And next on my list is this Instant Pot Chili Verde recipe.
Chili Verde has to be one of our favorite Mexican Dishes to make at home aside from the usual tacos, burritos and quesadillas. If you are not familiar with Chili Verde, it's basically a Mexican Pork Stew.
Since I also love cooking with Tomatillos it was a no brainer for me to make this recipe in my Instant Pot. If you've never heard of tomatillos before, they are small green tomatoes with husks. They are a staple of Mexican Cuisine.
