This Instant Pot Pulled Pork Sandwiches recipe is one of the best if you are looking to make pulled pork sandwiches in your pressure cooker.
With very little prep time, you will be amazed at how amazing the pork turns out. If you don't often cook with pork, it is important to select a Pork Shoulder versus the other type of cuts available. You shouldn't have any trouble finding pork shoulder as it's a very common cut.
You may, however, have a hard time finding a boneless pork shoulder. No worries, you can still use a bone-in but you will need to spend the extra time cutting the meat off the bone!
🥃 Alcohol Warning
Please take into consideration that some of the alcohol in this recipe may not completely burn off and the remains could be of significant concern to recovering alcoholics, parents, and others who have ethical or religious reasons for avoiding alcohol.
