These BBQ Pulled Pork Sliders with Ranch Slaw are not only super easy to make, but also delicious! A great recipe for leftover pulled pork.

    BBQ pulled pork sliders

I had some leftover pulled pork from another recipe and was looking for something quick and easy to make for dinner one night. So I ended up making these BBQ Pulled Pork Sliders topped with some Ranch Slaw I slapped together.

I like sharing these types of recipes because they serve as a foundation you can build upon so you can make them the way you like them. Besides the pulled pork itself, you can pretty much tweak every other ingredient and still get great results.

What kind of BBQ sauce you use for this recipe is totally up to you. If you have time you can make your own BBQ Sauce but in a pinch, you can use the pre-made bottled kind. I usually use whatever I have in the fridge or on the shelf but feel free to use your favorite flavor sauce.

We love those sweet Hawaiian buns so that's what I usually use when making sliders. But feel free to use whatever you have on hand or prefer. A small sourdough or ciabatta bun would also work well with this slider recipe.

I know some people can't stand the taste of ranch dressing so if the Ranch Slaw from this recipe is not your thing, simply substitute for your favorite toppings. A little shredded cheese, some mayo and some dill pickles sounds pretty good to me.

If you prefer your buns toasted, once the sliders are assembled, spread a little butter on the top of the buns and bake at 350°F for 15-30 minutes or even broil them for a few minutes.
