
Not only are these Pulled Pork Mac and Cheese Sliders delicious, but they are super easy to make as you use prepared pulled pork and mac and cheese.
You can certainly make your own pulled pork and mac & cheese but you will need to plan for the additional cooking time.

To keep this Slider Recipe as simple as possible, you can use your favorite brand of store-bought BBQ Sauce. If you have the time, you can substitute for one of my Homemade BBQ Sauce Recipes.

Gather your Ingredients
You will need the following ingredients to make this Pulled Pork Mac and Cheese Sliders recipe. For ingredient amounts please refer to the printable recipe card at the bottom of this post.
- Pulled Pork – prepared pulled pork or make your own
- Hawaiian Buns – or any slider bun
- Mac and Cheese – your favorite brand of prepared mac and cheese
- BBQ Sauce – your favorite brand and flavor
- Unsalted Butter – you can use regular salted butter if you prefer
- Light Brown Sugar – you can also use dark brown sugar
- Dijon Mustard – for a slightly sharper, more refined mustard flavor
- Sesame Seeds – optional but adds a nice crunch to the sliders
How to Make Pulled Pork Mac and Cheese Sliders
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Lightly grease a 9 x 13 baking dish. Set aside.
- Cut the Buns horizontally (do not pull apart the buns) to create a top and bottom. Put the bottoms of the buns in the prepared baking dish.
- Spread the pulled pork over the bottom buns in the baking dish. Drizzle the BBQ Sauce over the pork.
- Top the pulled pork with the prepared Mac and cheese. Cover with the bun tops.
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, brown sugar, and mustard. Mix until the sugar is dissolved.
- Brush the tops of the buns with the butter. Sprinkle the sesame seeds over the buns.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the tops are brown and crispy.

- ¾ lb Pulled Pork
