You will need the following ingredients to make this Chicken recipe in your Sous Vide. For ingredient amounts please refer to the printable recipe card at the bottom of this post.

  • Chicken Breast – Boneless and Skinless
  • Poultry Seasoning – If you don’t have any poultry seasoning you can use a little salt, pepper and garlic powder
  1. Set your sous vide to 150ºF.
  2. Gently pat the chicken dry with a paper towel.
  3. Season the chicken breast with poultry seasoning.
  4. Place the chicken in a vacuum sealed bag or a zip-locking bag. Make sure there is no air in the bag.

  5. Drop the bag into the heated bath and set the timer for 1 hour (or longer for thicker breasts).

  6. Optionally brown the chicken breast in a hot skillet.
