Learn how to make Sous Vide hard-boiled eggs for perfectly set whites and yolks every time. Plus, enjoy easy peeling and hassle-free cooking.
You are probably wondering why you would want to make hard-boiled eggs in Sous Vide as opposed to other methods like on the stovetop, Pressure Cooker or even an Air Fryer.
Well for one since Sous Vide ensures precise temperature control, your eggs will cook perfectly every single time. No risk of overcooking or being undercooked. Perfectly set whites and yolks every time.
Another benefit is Sous Vide eggs tend to peel much easier than traditionally boiled eggs. This is because the cooking temperature minimizes sticking between the egg white and the membrane, making peeling super easy.
That being said, it does take longer than boiling the eggs. Cooking times can range anywhere from 40 minutes to an hour, depending on the desired level of doneness.
