Starbucks is mainly known for its gourmet coffee drinks. But did you know you can also get an Egg Salad Sandwich? Whether you do or not, here’s the copycat recipe for their egg salad.
I noticed recently that Starbucks no longer has this egg salad sandwich on their official site but I believe it is still offered in their stores.
I guess I need to visit my local Starbucks and check! Many food & beverage chains like to rotate the items on their menu on a regular basis.

Gather your Ingredients
You will need the following ingredients to make this Copycat Egg Salad Sandwich recipe from Starbucks (see recipe card for quantities): Eggs, Mayonnaise, Dijon Mustard, Green Onions, Salt & Pepper, Wheat Bread and Baby Arugula.
How to Make Copycat Starbucks Egg Salad Sandwich
- In a mixing bowl, peel the hard-boiled eggs and roughly chop.
- Add the mayonnaise, mustard, chives, salt and pepper to the egg mixture and gently mix. If the mixture is too dry, slowly add a little more mayonnaise.
- Garnish bread with arugula and place half the mixture on each sandwich.

- 3 Hard-Boiled Eggs
- 1 Tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 Tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 Tbsp Green Onions, finely diced
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- 4 Slices Wheat Bread
- Baby Arugula

I love egg salad sandwiches. This one is the best. The only difference I made was to use white bread instead of whole wheat. Loved this recipe.
