Starbucks is mainly known for its gourmet coffee drinks. But did you know you can also get an Egg Salad Sandwich? Here's the copycat recipe.
I did notice that they no longer list this egg salad sandwich on their official site but I believe it is still offered in their stores. I guess I need to visit my local Starbucks and check! Many food & beverage chains like to rotate the items on their menu on a regular basis.

You will need the following ingredients to make this Copycat Egg Salad Sandwich recipe from Starbucks (see recipe card for quantities): Eggs, Mayonnaise, Dijon Mustard, Green Onions, Salt & Pepper, Wheat Bread and Baby Arugula.
🥣 How to make Copycat Starbucks Egg Salad Sandwich
In a mixing bowl, peel the hard-boiled eggs and roughly chop.
Add the mayonnaise, mustard, chives, salt and pepper to the egg mixture and gently mix. If the mixture is too dry, slowly add a little more mayonnaise.
Garnish bread with arugula and place half the mixture on each sandwich.

- 3 Hard-Boiled Eggs
- 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 tablespoon Green Onions, finely diced
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- 4 Slices Wheat Bread
- Baby Arugula
