This Spicy Sriracha Mayonnaise comes courtesy of Guy Fieri. I’ve made his Guy’s Donkey Sauce for Burgers many times now and it does not disappoint so I know this sauce recipe won’t let me down either!

As with most of our sauce recipes, this one is super easy to make. A handful of simple ingredients you probably already have on hand mixed together in a small bowl. How easy is that?

The word “spicy” is very subjective. I get asked about it all the time. What one person finds spicy, the next person might find it too bland. The beauty of this sauce recipe is that you can control the heat by adjusting the amount of Sriracha you use.

Like most sauce recipes, I highly recommend you let the sauce sit in the fridge for at least an hour to let all the ingredients meld together.

After an hour you can do a taste test and add more Sriracha if desired and fine-tune the amount of Salt & Pepper.

Sriracha Hot Sauce originated in Thailand. It’s typically made with chili peppers, vinegar, garlic, sugar and salt. In the United States, Sriracha sauce is manufactured by Huy Fong Foods. It’s sometimes called Rooster Sauce because of the rooster logo on the bottle.

I love to use this Sriracha Mayonnaise Sauce on my Turkey Burgers but it will do equally as well as a dipping sauce for your french fries or onion rings. While I haven’t tried it yet, I bet this would be a great sauce to go with some chicken tenders.

You can substitute the green onions with some scallions. Or in a pinch, if you don’t have either of those on hand and don’t want to make a trip to the local grocery store you can use some Onion Powder. A little goes a long way so start with 1/2 teaspoon and go from there.
