    Apple Streusel Muffins

There's nothing better than a fresh muffin with your morning coffee. Especially when it's an Apple Streusel Muffin. My wife loves a good chocolate muffin with her morning coffee, but for me, I prefer something a little lighter. And this Apple Streusel Muffin recipe fits the bill perfectly.

    Apple Streusel Muffins

At first, I can see how it may be a little intimidating to make these muffins as they require a few more steps than a regular muffin. But it's really not that difficult. Probably the most difficult part if you've never done it before, is cutting the butter into the flour. The trick is to make sure your butter is as cold as possible.
