    Chocolate Sambuca Sauce

I found this Chocolate Sambuca Sauce recipe while looking for a chocolate sauce to go with my Cannoli recipe. This reminds me I need to post my Cannoli recipe on this blog. If you can’t wait that long, you can find the recipe in my Recipe Book on Amazon.

    Chocolate Sambuca Sauce

Just remember that this chocolate sauce contains alcohol so be mindful of your audience. While most of it will burn off during the cooking process, you should still assume there might be a little alcohol leftover.

Not familiar with the Italian Liqueur Sambuca? Check out this interesting article on this flavorful liqueur. Unfortunately Sambuca can be a little difficult to find depending on where you live and it's also on the pricey side.

I would suggest buying the smallest bottle you can find unless you plan on using it in other recipes.

    🥃 Alcohol Warning

Please take into consideration that some of the alcohol in this recipe may not completely burn off and the remains could be of significant concern to recovering alcoholics, parents, and others who have ethical or religious reasons for avoiding alcohol.
