My wife dips apple slices in peanut butter a few times a week as a snack so when I came across this recipe for Creamy Peanut Butter Apple Dip I just had to make it for her.
As you would expect, this peanut butter dip recipe is super easy to make. As long as you have a hand mixer (and all the ingredients), you should be able to knock this one out in about 5 minutes.

And you’re not just limited to using apples with this delicious dip. You can serve it with other kinds of fruits, pretzel rods or graham crackers.
Make sure you let the cream cheese come to room temperature before you start making this dip recipe. It will be so much easier to mix compared to hard cold cream cheese.

Up until I made her this recipe she used to prefer my Pumpkin Pie Mousse Dip with her apples. But not anymore!
While you can pretty much use any brand of cream cheese, I highly recommend you use Philadelphia brand cream cheese. You will taste the difference.
