    delicious turkey burgers

These Turkey Burgers are not only delicious, but they are also super easy to make. It's amazing how adding a few simple ingredients to the ground turkey can make such a difference.

The beauty of this turkey burger recipe is that it doesn't require any special equipment or skills to make. No prep time needed so you can make them minutes before you are ready to cook them.

Unlike cooking beef burgers which can be cooked rare, medium or well done, turkey burgers need to reach an internal temperature of 160°F to be considered safe to eat. If you don't have one already you really need to invest in a food thermometer. You can find good ones for under $20 on Amazon.

Once the turkey burgers are done, simply serve them up on your favorite bun. Besides the usual hamburger buns, these burgers taste great on Potato Buns or my personal favorite, a nice Brioche bun.

I've included some of the usual toppings you would put on a burger but feel free to garnish with whatever you want. Sometimes when I am looking for my burger to have a little kick to it, I like to mix a little hot sauce (Sriracha or Frank's RedHot Sauce) with some mayonnaise.

I love burgers. This one is delicious. The burgers were cooked on the BBQ and we’re just fine. Very tasty and the flavour of these burgers were great. Will make these again.
