When I told her what was in it she was very skeptical since there was ice cream in it. But once she tried it, she was hooked! The first one went down fairly quickly then she asked me to make her another one!

The best way to describe the flavor would be a combination of orange and peach ice cream. This creamy cocktail does not have a strong (if at all) taste of alcohol, even though it obviously does.

For the ice cream, we used plain vanilla ice cream but you could mix it up by using a vanilla bean or peaches and cream ice cream which would enhance the flavor of the peach even more.

If appearance is important to you, you can add a little orange food coloring to the creamy mix to match the color of a peach or orange!

You will need the following ingredients to make this Easy Peach Cream Cocktail recipe (see recipe card for quantities): Peach Schnapps, Fresh Orange Juice, Vanilla Ice Cream and Crushed Ice.

  1. Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend for about 30 seconds until smooth.
