This BBQ Chicken Stromboli recipe is one of my all-time favorites to make. Sweet & Tangy BBQ Chicken with tons of gooey melted cheese.
This BBQ Chicken Stromboli is a great way to use up any leftover rotisserie chicken you may have on hand. Not only is it easy to make, you will only need about 30 minutes from start to finish. Just like my Chicken Bacon Ranch Stromboli.
What is Stromboli
A Stromboli is Italian bread dough or pizza dough filled with Italian cheese (like Mozzarella) and meat or vegetables. A Stromboli can measure up to 12 inches in length and 4 inches wide.
For the BBQ sauce feel free to use whatever you have on hand. Just be mindful of the other ingredients in this stromboli recipe as some combinations may not taste very good. I usually use some kind of sweet BBQ Sauce personally.
