This Chicken Bacon Ranch Stromboli is easy to make and only requires a few easy to find ingredients you probably already have on-hand.
This Chicken Bacon Ranch Stromboli is very easy to make especially when you use pre-shredded rotisserie chicken from Costco (or any store for that matter).
I always have mozzarella cheese on-hand so that’s what I usually use when I make this Stromboli recipe but I’ve also used a Pizza Blend cheese with great success. You can use whatever kind of cheese you want just make sure it melts really well. A provolone cheese would also work well.
What is a Stromboli
A Stromboli is Italian bread dough or pizza dough filled with Italian cheese (like Mozzarella) and meat or vegetables. A Stromboli can measure up to 12 inches in length and 4 inches wide.
