    chicken bacon ranch stromboli

This Chicken Bacon Ranch Stromboli is very easy to make especially when you use pre-shredded rotisserie chicken from Costco (or any store for that matter).

I always have mozzarella cheese on-hand so that's what I usually use when I make this Stromboli recipe but I've also used a Pizza Blend cheese with great success. You can use whatever kind of cheese you want just make sure it melts really well. A provolone cheese would also work well.

    💭 What is a Stromboli

A Stromboli is Italian bread dough or pizza dough filled with Italian cheese (like Mozzarella) and meat or vegetables. A Stromboli can measure up to 12 inches in length and 4 inches wide.

    📋 Gather your Ingredients

You will need the following ingredients to make this Chicken Bacon Ranch Stromboli recipe (see recipe card for quantities): Refrigerated Pizza Dough, Ranch dressing, Rotisserie Chicken, Bacon and Mozzarella Cheese.

🥣 How to make Chicken Bacon Ranch Stromboli

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Open the can of pizza dough and stretch it thin and even on the parchment.
Spread the ranch dressing on the dough leaving about a 1-inch border around the edge.
Sprinkle the chicken evenly over the dressing, then top with the bacon and cheese.
Starting on one side, carefully roll the dough up like a jelly roll, using the parchment to help roll it over.
Slide the stromboli to the middle of the parchment so that the seam is on the bottom.
Stretch and tuck the ends under the stromboli. Cut several diagonal slits into the top of the dough.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until deep golden brown.
Use a serrated knife to cut pieces approximately 1 inch thick. Serve warm with extra ranch dressing for dipping.
