Just like the classic grilled cheese sandwich, this recipe is very easy to make since you already have pulled pork.

Ingredient Substitution
You can use any kind of cheese you want. Cheddar Cheese is one of the most popular but you can also use Pepper Jack or Provolone for something a little different.

Gather your Ingredients
You will need the following ingredients to make this BBQ Pulled Pork Grilled Cheese Sandwich recipe. For ingredient amounts please refer to the printable recipe card at the bottom of this post.
- Pulled Pork – Leftover Pulled Pork or Homemade!
- BBQ Sauce – Your favorite brand & flavor
- Bread – Whatever kind of bread you prefer
- Butter – Or Mayonnaise
- Cheddar Cheese Slices – Or substitute for your favorite cheese
How to Make BBQ Pulled Pork Grilled Cheese Sandwiches
- Place the pulled pork in a bowl. Add BBQ Sauce and toss till combined.
- Butter each slice of bread on one side. In a skillet over medium heat, place a slice of bread butter-side down. Place a slice of cheddar cheese on top of the bread and top with some pulled pork.
- Place another slice of cheese on top of the pork and top with another slice of bread, butter-side up.
- Cook on the first side for 5-7 minutes until bread is browned. Flip and cook for 5-7 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown.
