Spiced Orange Marmalade Muffins

Learn how to make moist and flavorful orange marmalade muffins. A perfect way to use up that jar of marmalade in your pantry!

orange marmalade muffins

I was going through my pantry and found an unopened jar of orange marmalade and came up with a plan to make these muffins.

I previously used orange marmalade to make my Slow Cooker Orange Chicken but I don’t have too many other recipes in my arsenal calling for this ingredient.

Tips

  • Don’t you hate it when raisins get stuck together in a big clump? To unstick the raisins, wet your hands with a little water then work the raisins apart.

Recipe Variation

Instead of using raisins for this recipe, you can use some finely chopped dates. Or use neither one! Make them the way you want!

  • Egg White
  • Orange Marmalade – I like Smucker’s brand for this recipe (no affiliation)
  • Canola Oil – You can also use Vegetable Oil

  • Lemon Extract – You can use pure or imitation lemon extract for these muffins
