If you are looking for a quick Snack or Appetizer, look no further than these Cheesy Ham Croissants.
These creamy savory bites of deliciousness are super easy to make and the best part is you only need 3 ingredients.
Leftover ham (or anything for that matter) will often challenge us to get creative in the kitchen, and these cheesy ham croissants are the perfect solution.
I almost always like to brush the top of my pastry with a little egg wash, but you can skip that step if you don’t want to “waste” an egg just for this recipe.
Ingredient Substitution
Another great option would be to skip the ham and mix the cream cheese with chopped bacon and jalapeños to make a creamy jalapeño popper croissant!
Tips
- While you can pretty much use any brand of cream cheese, I highly recommend you use Philadelphia brand cream cheese. You will taste the difference.
