Pam's Classic Guacamole is exactly that, an easy to make classic guacamole. Nothing fancy here. Just a good ole Guacamole.
Living here in Southern California, you often hear people say that they have the best Guacamole recipe. And Pam’s Classic Guacamole is the perfect example of that.
Of course, my wife says her Mom’s guacamole is the best out there. Maybe it’s because she has several huge avocado trees on her property which allows her to pick the perfect avocado.
Choosing the wrong avocadoes will ruin your guac. Basically you want a perfectly ripe Avocado. This is a great article on how to select the perfect avocado.

How to Make Pam’s Classic Guacamole.
1- On a cutting board, pit avocados and dice.
2- Add Mayonnaise and Sour Cream.
3- Sprinkle with Garlic Salt.
4- Add Salsa and Pepper. Fold mixture.
5- Add 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice.
6- Mix well to desired consistency. Add salt to taste if desired.
Pam’s Classic Guacamole
- 3 Large Avocado(s)
- 1 Tbsp Salsa
- 2 Tbsp Sour Cream
- 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 Tsp Garlic Salt
- 1 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- Kosher Salt To Taste
