When it comes to making sliders, this Pepperoni Pizza Sliders recipe is probably the easiest you will find anywhere.
And what I mean by that is if you can make grilled cheese, you can probably make this slider recipe easily. And impress your family and friends to boot!
I purposely kept this pizza slider recipe as simple as I could, but you can easily add more ingredients to make it your very own or even substitute for other ingredients like some cooked ground beef for the pepperoni.
You don't have to use Hawaiian Sweet Rolls for this slider recipe. In theory, you can use any type/brand you want as long as they are the kind where the buns are all "stuck" together.
If you don't have any pizza sauce on hand you can substitute for your favorite brand of pasta sauce. Or even better, you can make your own with my Easy Homemade Pizza Sauce recipe.
When it comes to the mozzarella cheese I used cheese slices because I already had some in the fridge but you can easily use shredded cheese or slice your own from a chunk of fresh mozzarella.
My wife likes a lot of sauce on her pizza so you can serve these pepperoni pizza sliders with a side of pizza sauce (or pasta sauce if that is what you are using).

Cassy
These sliders are excellent. The only change I made was use shredded mozzarella cheese, because that was all I had on hand. The Hawaiian slider buns were excellent for these. My family and I just loved them.
