As with most condiment and sauce recipes, this one only requires a handful of simple ingredients and is super simple to make.

The beauty of this spicy mustard recipe is that you are not limited to just using it on burgers. You can use it on Hot Dogs and corndogs but you can also use it with Ham. I know I love a good mustard when eating Ham.

I also like to use this mustard on sandwiches like a good ham or beef sandwich. Basically any kind of sandwich you would normally put mustard on, just with a kick. I even like to use it as a dipping sauce for my chicken tenders.

If you don’t have any prepared horseradish you can use some horseradish sauce/cream. Since it is not as potent as prepared horseradish you might need to add a little more to get that kick we are all looking for.

The same goes for the spicy brown mustard, if you don’t have any on hand you can use an equal amount of Dijon Mustard. It will slightly alter the flavor profile but is still delicious!

The spicy part of this mustard recipe comes from the prepared horseradish and a little from the spicy brown mustard. If you eat a lot of spicy food you probably won’t find this mustard very spicy.

I always recommend letting homemade sauce and condiments sit for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator before using it. This will allow all the ingredients to meld together and provide a better overall flavor.
