One of the many great things about living in Southern California is great authentic Mexican food. I probably eat more Mexican than any other type of food. And what is Mexican food without a good Spicy Salsa?

I’ve made many different kinds of salsas and pico de Gallo’s (the chunky version of salsa), but this one is one of my favorites.

If you haven’t tried my other salsas or Pico’s, you can find them here: Spicy Tomatillo Salsa and Pico De Gallo
