Another great thing about this recipe is its versatility. You are not limited to bacon and cheese. You can practically add whatever ingredients you want. Like Sausage and Cheese or add some onions, hashbrowns and even sour cream.

And don't throw away that bacon grease! Bacon is expensive and the grease is great for making Scrambled Eggs, Grilled Cheese, Popcorn and even hash browns. It can keep up to 3 months if properly stored in the refrigerator.

    💭 Instant Pot Pressure Cooker

The Instant Pot is a combination pressure cooker, slow cooker, rice cooker, steamer with a few other capabilities. With an Instant Pot, you can make some recipes in minutes compared to hours the traditional way. While not always the case, it's a very handy appliance if you are always on the run.

The Instant Pot comes with several safety features. If you happen to encounter an error message on the display of your IP, I suggest you visit Instant Pot's Official Customer Care Center.

If you frequently use your Instant Pot Pressure Cooker, you've probably experienced a "smelly" lid. Here's a simple way to get rid of the smell. Fill the Instant Pot with 2 Cups of White Vinegar. Seal the lid. Use the steam setting for 2 minutes. Remove the rubber ring from the lid and let dry completely before using it.

Just made these and they are amazing. And so easy. I put spinach, bell pepper and sausage in aone batch and the the second bath I did just ham and cheese.

The silicon mold I use to make this recipe has room for 7. I set the serving size to 1 egg bite so everyone can easily see the nutritional information for one egg bite. But I agree, it's hard to eat just one!

I don't think you did anything wrong. I believe some IP's behave a little differently. For example, I do my Hard Boiled Eggs for 5 minutes. Some people do 1 minute more or 1 minute less. I would suggest maybe adding 1 minute to the cooking time and make sure you do the 5 minute natural pressure release.
